Community Intergration and Engagement: Organised outings with 1:1 support, providing support for social events, providing support to attend appointments and helping to build meaningfull connections.

Individualised Mentoring and Coaching: Personalised 1:1 sessions to help individuals to achieve their personal and educational goals.

Family Support: Consultations with family to help empower them with knowledge, skills and resources for effective caregiving and advocacy.

Continued Support and Follow-up: Ongoing check-ins, progress assessments, goal reviews to ensure long term sucess and well being.
